SSC CHSL - the minimum educational requirement is that the candidate should have passed class 12th. And since chemistry is one of your main subjects rather than being optional or as if in an extra one therefore you are not eligible for SSC CHSL but yes there is

It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
