According to the previous year cutoff you should score 385+ marks in NEET UG for admission to Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College, Salem under 85% State quota for Open category.

It depends upon category as well. As per OBC category, the cut off will be around 45. But to get a good government college, you should score around 70. So that your OBC rank is near about 20,000. As per General category, the cut off

You will not necessarily need a PG degree to apply for APLAWCET. And it will be a problem since you've filled in your pg degree's details. Try to make changes,Since the admit cards will be published from then.
