No, you are not eligible to apply for SBI Clerk exam if you have just passed your second-year examination. You can apply for SBI Clerk only if you are in the final year of your graduation or you have completed your graduation.

You are not eligible for the IBPS clerk exam the graduation degree is required for the exam, the minimum age limit for the IBPS clerk exam is 20-28 years. you should have basics computer knowledge should have verbel and written proficiency in local language of the state which you belong to.
You are not eligible for clerk in SBI also it also require the graduation and the age limit is also same 20-28 years. The basic pay for clerk in SBI is 28k, total vacancies in this year are around 15k .

Dear Kalyani, the selection process for SBI Clerk involves 2 phases: Preliminary and Mains Examination and both of them are conducted online. You should qualify for each phase separately to go to the next phase. In the online Preliminary examination, the candidates are shortlisted by the SBI on the basis of the requirements for the Online Mains Examination. And in the online Mains Section, you need to qualify for each section and then the cut off too to qualify for final selection. The final result is declared on the basis of the merit list of the candidate's performance. So no concession for any sort of degree is allowed. It totally depends on how you did in the exam.
Can you please specify the name of the exam for which you want to appear. Also to appear for any Bank exam like - SBI Clerk, SBI PO, IBPS Clerk and IBPS PO, you must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute by the government of India.

As many as 247 vacancies were announced in Assam for SBI Clerk in the year 2018. Out of these vacancies, total 66 vacancies were for OBC category candidates.

According to the SBI Clerk 2019 Eligibility Criteria, the upper age limit of the candidates must not exceed 28 years of age on January 1, 2019.
So, you won't be eligible to appear for the exam. However, if you belong to any reserved category, relaxation in age limit is provided to reserved category candidates.
OBC- 3 years relaxation and SC/ST- 5 years relaxation.
