Candidates from any field can pursue psychology course for bachelor degree but for masters candidates who have completed bachelor degree with psychology is eligible for course.

You should put your first marksheet roll number and that will be only counted as your roll number. And you can also put that roll number in case they say you to do so.

sir, i passed 12th pcm from state board in 2019. if i give only bio exam from nios then i will have two 12th marksheet one is state board including PCMHE and other is nios 12th marksheet only included bio, so then i eligible for neet or will have any problem during counselling?

As of now students with biology as an additional subject are eligible for neet so going by this. Yes,  you would be eligible for NEET 2022  if you studied Biology as an additional /optional subject from  NIOS which is again a recognised board and also would be  eligible for
