If you are Maharashtra Board student then you will have to study some extra topics which are not even there in your Maharashtra board syllabus as jee main follows basically the syllabus of NCERT of class 11th and 12th for physics chemistry and mathematics while your Maharashtra board syllabus

See on such score you can easily qualify NTSE stage 1 and also have good chances of being shortlisted for stage 2 because the expected cut-off for shortlisting of candidate for stage 2 from Kerala is 145-155 for General category.

Yes, you can do B tech biotechnology even if you are a Biology student and you don't have math

but yes not all the college offers B tech biotechnology to Biology students.
For example,
NITs offer btech biotechnology, like NIT Calicut NIT Durgapur etc but you cannot get admission
