In accordance to your All India ranking which is 7 lakh , it is difficult for you to get government seat for MBBS in 15% AIQ as well as in 85% state quota. But you can get private medical seat easily under management quota. But you can try to opt for a private medical college through management quota which is quite possible. Hope you are doing all good. See, this is not a good idea to categorize colleges based on the aforesaid parameters. The most important thing you should consider while choosing a college is the repute of the college, its faculties and infrastructure, campus life and most importantly the placement scenario.

More than often, Private Universities fare better than  Private Colleges affiliated to State University again many a times the exact opposite is seen. Therefore, it is never a good criterion to judge college.
