Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) is conducted by Delhi University (https://www.shiksha.com/university/du-delhi-university-24642) in order to offer admission to aspirants in UG, PG, MPhil and PhD programmes. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Hons.) or Computer Science (Hons.) with at least one paper in Statistics under 10+2+3 scheme of examination of the University of Delhi or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with the mentioned marks in aggregate and 60% marks in a paper of statistics or equivalent CGPA can apply for the exam.You can get the admission as per the marks that you have scored in the entrance test.

Yes, you can do.
The academic criteria of Computer Science & Engineering is divided into three courses/programmes - Diploma courses leading to the polytechnic diploma of 3 years duration. UG courses leading to the B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree of 4 years duration.
So, yes you can do Diploma polytechnic in Computer science and engineering.
You can pursue diploma in engineering after you 10+2 and also after your 10th too, diploma in engineering is of 3 years , after completing your diploma in engineering, you will get direct admission in 2 year of b.tech, you can pursue diploma in any of the streams, there are many some of them are listed below -
1. diploma in computer science engineering
2. diploma in civil engineering
3. diploma in mechanical engineering
4. diploma in electrical engineering
5. diploma in textile engineering
The average fee structure of this course is around INR 30k-1 lakh , there will be total 6 semesters ,admission will be done on the basis of merit.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that yes, sunrise university offers P.h.d in statistics. You can enroll in any of the courses in sunrise university. The p.h.s in statistics is a valid degree course in sunrise university. This has been approved by UGC on 12 Nov 2012. The regular courses of the university are valid and one can enroll for a particular course there. The degree is valid for applying any where including Govt jobs.
