Sastra university is the one of the best college in the Tamil Nadu. As your rank is 1633 in stream 1 in AIR[All India Rank] for sastra university you have the possibility to get into the any of the branches you want to opt. With your rank you can get in Electrical and Electronical engineering branch. Because getting allotted in the CSE and ECE is very difficult for your rank.

If you want to do engineering then the best option is you should apply for national level and state level entrance exams along with some universities level entrance exam if you want to take admission in a particular university.

The last date of application for UPSEE2020, ie.,the state level engineering entrance exam of the state of Uttar Pradesh, is 5th August. So I suggest you to enroll for it.

But if you want to take admission in a particular college or university you can enroll for their particular entrance exam if they have or you can contact them if you want to take admission through management quota.

Yes, candidates can pursue nursing after arts/commerce stream in 10+2. Candidates can do diploma in ANM (auxiliary nursing Midwifery) or in GNM(General nursing Midwifery). ANM is a 3 years course and GNM is around 2 years course. Anm basically focuses on m eternity that is treating injuries of children. And GNM includes working as a nurse, working as assistant in laboratories or hospitals to treat general illnesses.

There is chance to get an admission through categorical rank/score. you can take specialization in the your graduation branch only. You can't choose other branch specialization.  For general , cutoff starts from 450.
