As per your requirement, i would say that as you are eligible for mop up round and you don't need to register again if you habe done already.
The Mop Up round is the process of counselling of seat allotment in medical colleges by states against the reverted seats
According to the marks, chances are very less for admission to Government medical colleges under AIQ and also under state quota.
You may try for admission to Deemed University.
