You can opt for either B.Tech in biotechnoloy or B.Sc in biotechnology. They both have a good career scope. The basic subjects in B.Sc biotechnology includes Microbiology, Genetics, Fermentation, Cell biology, etc. The basic subjects in B.Tech biotechnology includes Nano Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Process control, etc.

, Yes you get fees reimbursement in all NIT'S and all IIT'S  but not under the category of OBC but under t he most economically backward students (whose family income is less than Rs. 1 lakh per annum) shall get full remission of the fee .

Since you are a student of last 5th year and you are not aware about your exams you Cannot appear/ you are not eligible to give the judiciary exam this year. Since, the eligibility criteria clearly states that you should have completed your course.

If you are looking for low fee budget collges then then give a try in government colleges. If you are from general category then it's bit difficult to get a seat in government collges but you have chances if you are sc/st category. .you didn't mentioned the course you wamw
