You can opt for either B.Tech in biotechnoloy or B.Sc in biotechnology. They both have a good career scope. The basic subjects in B.Sc biotechnology includes Microbiology, Genetics, Fermentation, Cell biology, etc. The basic subjects in B.Tech biotechnology includes Nano Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Process control, etc.
