You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 420

OBC: 325

SC: 343

ST: 264

ST Plain: 264

ST Hill: 217

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change

If you are a PCB student and you are interested in studying Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) than you can go for Bachelor of Computer Application(BCA) course which is quite similar to CSE. As you don't have Maths, you will not be eligible to do B.Tech, you have BCA

You have to talk to the college authority who is in the admission section. i don't think there will be any possibility to withdraw now. You may not join but there is very less chance to get refund. Check the information broucher if there is any time limit incase
