Yes JIIT 128 is better than SRM Modinagar for CSE branch if you talk about only placements.
Though JIIT 128 is still a developing college in terms of infrastructure and facilities, I would still consider it better than SRM.

Your question is not really clear but for the admission for mbbs seats in  medical colleges (even under KCET )you need to appear for NEET exam after which  counselling will be done.  The NEET (UG) - 2020 will be conducted on Sunday,  13th September, 2020. All the best!
