Yes, you can absolutely change your stream from science to commerce and vice versa. However, you can change while studying 11th class if you will change the stream after completion of class 11th then it is not possible. So,you have to change while studying class 11th or in between
You don't have more chance to apply for engineering entrance examinations after your class 12th.You can apply only for biotechnology and biomedical engineering.
You have physics,Chemistry and biology subjects in your class 12th.But, however you can go for medical courses and can appear for exams like NEET,AIIMS.
