Generally the for the PWD quota(general catagory) the marks goes down to as low as 250 in kerela but to be on the safe side scoring 300+ is a better option.

It is 60% for General Category and 40% for Reserved Categories. The official website doesn't mention any specific subjects to study BCA. So

Yes, the accomodation fee will be refunded to you in case the accomodation is not provided due to space constraints or late start due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, only the accomodation fee from the total fees will be reimbursed to you, not the tuition fees. Hope this helps!

As per my knowledges , studying Mathematics and Physics at 10+ 2 level is a MUST for becoming eligible for JEE and other Engineering Entrance exams. So, if you have not studied Mathematics, you are not eligible for Engineering Entrance exams.
