Hello student yes you're eligible if you full fill the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with Mathematics and English with 60 percent minimum from a recognized board.

Hello,
It is good to choose degree as you have to do degree after diploma.
If you pursue diploma then it will take 2 years and degree thought lateral entry for 3 years in total 5 years.
If you pursue degree then you will take 3/4 years to complete it.

Your exam will be held in your own school from where you have studied 12th or attended classes .

If you are a student who belongs to non attending category . You must be enrolled in a school and you must have got an admit card from that
