There is an examination center in Riyadh for JEE Main  for JEE Advanced there is no exam center in Saudi Arabia.You can give JEE Main and JEE Advanced in two different cities there is no restriction.You can select your examination center as per your preference.As there is not exam

Yes, you can definitely get admission into B.tech agriculture engineering course.After completing diploma, you can simply apply for Lateral entry examinations of state level colleges or private colleges.Through Lateral entry admissions you will get admission in 2nd year of engineering degree.
