Hello, I hope you are doing well
Most of the examination counseling process have a option of correction window in which you can rectify the mistakes you did while filing the application form.
During the correction period, You will be allowed to make the changes in your application form except for your category and nationality. So, there is a very low possibility of you being able to change your category to Muslim minority.
You can still give it a try if there is facility of correction window in EAMCET, then You will be notified about its the schedule of on your registered email id or registered mobile number.
Make sure to rectify your mistakes before the window closes because after the window closes you won't be able to make any changes and you will have to appear for counseling with those details which you have already submitted.
Hope this helps

Good Luck!!
As per the UGC guidelines as published in the beginning of this month, says that the students are allowed to pursue two degree programs at a time. So if you qualify two degrees at the same time, then yeah! you can use any of the degrees during the recruitment. You have to pass all your examination corresponding to each of the degrees in order to be eligible for the degree to be awarded.
For the guidelines regarding two degree courses consider the link below:

I hope this helps. Wish you a great eve!
