According to the AICTE, you can study BTech without having to take Mathematics and 14 other obligatory topics. However, these new rules are not yet in effect and will be with the NEP 2020.

Well Yes, you can give NEET 2024. But for this please request your school to change your stream from Non-Medical to Medical. This stream changing will allows you to give NEET.
