You are dropper means you have already passed.

You need to choose code 3 as you have passed from karnataka board

This is because,

Karnataka board i. e The Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka  offers Puc

And,

code 3 says it is for those passed their   intermediate   / pre-

Yes, you are eligible for mbbs /neet even if you have hearing loss provided it is less than 40%

This is because,

  • Students with hearing impairment  less than 40%  are eligible for mbbs
