Any person who has passed class 12th by any recognised central or state board or are appearing for class 12th exams are eligible to give jee mains exam. There are no restrictions in the eligibility criteria for appearing for jee mains.

It totally depends upon institution or any particular Government college/Universities. if they are providing reservation on basis of caste and any physical disabilities to their students then surely the fee consideration for SC Category students would be different and slightly low as compare to General/OBC category students.
