No, you are not eligible to get free seat. You will have to pay the fee to study in a college in Mechanical Engineering course. Considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in the following colleges in Mechanical Engineering

You cannot get free seat. You will be considered under unreserved category for seat allotment in TS EAMCET counselling. Based on the previous year cut off in final phase counselling you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes in Mechanical Engineering
