As per the eligibility criteria you must have maths in your 12th to take B.sc computer science

But some private universities may offer you as they have private exams . So may be if you clear such , you have a chance

As per the percentile you mentioned, it's not possible to get admission in any NITs. The last year cutoff for VNIT Nagpur for OBC CSE was 2124. So you have to score atleast 98 percentile. You may predict some other colleges according to your rank and percentile through

It is a very good choice. For genarel it is quite difficult.  But you can try
