No, if you are a Biology student and you don't have maths in your 12th then you cannot do BTech computer science. Just studying or learning maths in coaching is not enough you should have studied it in your 12th  to be eligible

i am pcb student from delhi and has completed 12th from CBSE board, I am eligible to apply for Math as additional subject now as private student as i am a female candidate. Is this will make me to get addmission in engineering college considering board is same but CBSE will issue seperate marksheet.

There are no such procedures available for a passed out to student to again appear as a private student in the official website of the CBSE. So if you need to go through this procedure then I would recommend you to contact the CBSE officials directly will be more helpful.

No, there is no need to fill another application form for another merit based course instead you can mention both the course in same application form of DU until and unless two course are on different basis like one is entrance basis and another one is merit basis.

If getting a job is priority for you then BEd is definitely a better option, and after completion of BEd you can appear for CTET or state level TETs, other than this if you pursue MA after BCom then you need to think about why are you changing stream,
