If you have passed class 10th from Andhra Pradesh State Open School then you need to enter the class 10th passing board as APOSS. But as you have passed class 10th in regular mode from SSC board then you need to enter you board as 'Board of Secondary Education

It depends on the requirement of attendance percentage in order to get promoted. Kindly go through your student handbook or brochure provided by the university. Even college faculties might help you with the same. If one has not attended classes, there is high chances of not getting promoted
