Yes, you are eligible to appear for CDS 2 2022 and  CDS 1 2023 but you can only apply for Officers Training Academy through CDS. You will not be eligible for CDS 2 2023. The age limit for OTA is 19-25 years, the age limit for Indian Military Academy
