It depends on the facility offered by the College. If the particular college is providing fee reimbursement then you can almost get 90% of fee return from college. But if the College is not providing fee reimbursement facility then you must go with scholarship. Scholarship amount depends on the score

As per the eligibility criteria in terms of age for UGC NET exam for Assistant Professor, there is no age limit for it. Ap, you are eligible to appear for the UGC NET examination. You have no other option but to wait because the eligibility criteria is a final one and common for all.
Since you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, you cannot apply for it.
