In the meantime you can go for new transaction, if the payment gets failed again or the money is not refunded after a very long time.

The cutoff for VAMNICOM lies somewhere around 50. It would be a close shot, but there are chances of not converting the college if they fix it at 50 percentile. Do try for other colleges though.
