As you have asked the fees for SC category students but you have not mentioned any other information such as the college name or any other information so it won’t be possible to give any correct information but definitely one thing is that the SC category have there own fees structure which is completely different from General category and it is very less compare to general category fees.

YES, you can apply a self declaration form to NEET registration if you do not have any OBC certificate. Your self declaration form will act as a proof that you are an OBC-NCL category student and you will give a newly issued caste certificate, after its been issued, at the time of counselling documents verifications.

it normally takes 14-15 days to issue a new caste certificate. So, you can submit your Self declaration form for that.

As per my my opinion Private medical colleges do not have a fee concession for any category. In fact they are the ones with no reservation for any category . It all depends on your NEET AIR.
