Here is the eligibility criteria for  CPNET exam for B.Sc Nursing and B.Pharm:

B.Sc nursing

• Should pass with PCM combination and English in class 12.
• Should score min 40% aggregate in the subjects.

B.Pharm:

• Should pass with PCB/PCM combination with english
• Should pass the above subjects separately

it is alright, you can just clarify as soon as you join work that there has been a misprint in your name and then give in your actual name. there will not be any problem unless document verification takes place and even there you can just mention about the misprint
