How does the percentile changes like increase or decrease in number of Students ? And according to some sources the number of students appearing JEE Mains Sept is lower than Jan so how will this affect overall ?

Percentile means the percentage of students you have overtaken to grab the present position. The topper of a particular shift of JEE MAIN overtakes  everyone in that shift. So topper's score is considered as 100 percentile.

NIT Durgapur average package in CSE is around Rs 9 lakhs  and if we see the highest package it goes around Rs20 lakhs. The college is good for CSE and last year  more than 90 companies visited for the placements.

Yes If a candidate clears GATE exam he/she is eligible to apply for M.tech courses but different colleges have different cutoffs and eligiblity criteria first look for that then apply.

as of now the data for the September 2020 attempt is not available however in the January 2020 that is JEE main 1 exam the total number of PWD experience was 2843.

Therefore you could assume that the number of students in the September attempt would be close
