my rank in AP EAMCET is 14828.Is there any chance to get seat in any JNTU in CSE group.Im an OBC-NCL candidate and Im a local candidate

mjaisinghani62 11th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant

As your rank is 14828, with this AP eamcet rank and being OBC NCL category you can get seat in JNTUH but whether you will get CSE branch or not it is difficult to say. It depends upon cut off of the college. Cutoff depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off and availability of seats etc.

2019 cut off APeamcet for JNTUH is as follows

Chemical engineering

general ou 7964,UR - 4070

, BC -A 15365, SC 24338, ST 16178

Computer Science engineering

OU -  805

UR 581

BC -A 1447

SC 5859

ST 5428

Civil engineering

OU 4510

UR 1682

BC- A  ( OU -8184, UR- 6670)

Now this is cut off 2019, cut off changes every year

Hence it is difficult to get CSE, in JNTUH but you may get in chemical or mechanical engineering.

When to apply for 2021 Abroad Universities? Right now am in 12th grade ISC and my board exam results will come at 2021 April. When to take the SAT/ACT/TOEFL/IELTS ? As abroad universities deadline closes by October to November 2020 for 2021 Admission how to apply without my board exam marks?

Gayathri Satheeshkumar 24th Aug, 2020

Hey !

You can apply in those colleges when their admissions are on. Some of the universities asks for your previous semester's or year's grade cards or mark sheets. and then, later you got to submit your 12th mark sheet once it is out.

SAT,IELTS and all can be attempted any number of times . It's preferable that you start off with SAT exams in your 11th grade itself and then keep on attempting till you achieve your target score. Few books for SAT that can kelp you includes Barrons and Princeton.

All the best !

i am going to pursue bba. i laminated my 12th board marksheet. now i am seriously worried about that. can i face any problem when i going to study abroad? or in my higher education?or getting a job ? wht to do next please suggest me?

Neha 2nd Aug, 2020

Hello student

You need not to worry at all if you have laminated your mark-sheets.

Colleges only ask for xerox copy of certificates. So just have xerox copies with you and present them when asked by authorities.

Lamination is done for the safety of documents and is there no harm if done by you.

You will not face any problem.

Hope this information helps you.

Feel free to drop your comments.

Thanks

i laminated my 12th marksheet and certificate. but i am worried now. can i face any problem in future? for this? if i face any problem then what to do?

Shreya Singh Student Expert 2nd Aug, 2020

Hello student,

No, there is no problem in laminating 12th marksheet. It doesn't matter in any institute whether your document is laminated or not. There is nothing to worry about it. So you can focus on other things which have to do in your academics.

All the best.

i want to know that i scored cgpa of 5.125 which is 3rd division in my graduation and i want to study abroad and i want to do pg diploma . so can i study with low percentage ??

chandresh iyer 30th May, 2024

Absolutely, you can still pursue further studies abroad even with a CGPA of 5.125. Many institutions, especially for PG diploma programs, consider more than just academic scores. They often take a holistic approach, looking at your work experience, extracurricular activities, personal statement, and letters of recommendation. Additionally, some universities and colleges offer pathway programs or foundation courses that can help bridge any gaps and prepare you for the main course. Your passion, dedication, and willingness to improve will be key factors in achieving your goals. Focus on highlighting your strengths, gaining relevant experience, and preparing a compelling application to enhance your chances of acceptance.

Radhika gupta 1st Aug, 2020

Dear Bhagwan Das,

As you have taken good choice to study abroad. But as you know the pandemic condition is going worst day-by-day.So You can apply online for the abroad colleges. And I think you have some colleges or universities in your mind for youe admission. So visit their official sites and see the eligibility criteria.

As your 12th percentage is 75.So I think some of the colleges want the percentage criteria but some of their have own entrance exam.

And you have not mentioned that 85 is percentile or marks. If it is percentile or if it is marks then I will suggest to you prepare well for the next coming jee mains so that you can score well and apply for good colleges.

I hope you got the answer!!

ALL THE BEST!!

If you have any query then feel free to ask!!

Which scholarships are there for students who are willing to study abroad ?

Samarth Jain 31st Jul, 2020

Actually no such scholarship is given in India. It is actually a tradition in foreign universities as there you are given a scholarship in the beginning itself.

You have to apply for a scholarship in the foreign university and they give the scholarship according to your performance.

All the Best!!!

Plan of students to study abroad or to study in any other city has crashed due to COVID situation. How can students deal with such a situation.

Everybody is facing such a situation. I am sure class 12th students have a lot of aspirations. I would say that there is only a delay. The virtual classroom is starting up. As teaching is becoming more digital, I would advise the future students to go into blended learning. It is now going to be hybrid learning, a bit of teacher teaching, a bit of virtual learning, self study.
