MCI (Medical Council of India) also known as FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduates Examination). For the eligibility to write MCI exam, the candidate should be a citizen of India or overseas citizen of India and must have the primary medical qualification which is approved by the Indian Embassy concerned, to be a recognised qualification for enrolment as a medical practitioner in India. And the candidate who hold an UG medial qualification from Australia/ Canada/ New Zealand/ UK/ USA and seeking provincial or permanent registration are exempted to give the screening test. Yes, studying abroad is genuinely safe for girls. However not every girl can gain that much of courage to pursue their higher studies.
