Supreme Court
Hello candidate,
The University from where you have done your B.Com (//B.Com) has been declared invalid, but you have to get proper analysis of the ruling.
Thus, you reach out to some lawyers and discuss about the effect of this ruling, whether it applies retrospectively i.e, the degrees which have been already given will they stand nullified or is it just that after being declared as invalid the University cannot give out degrees.

The date for outcome of the judgement is not know dear, it's still pending in supreme court, the case of nios for neet eligibility is pending since 2018.
But the important thing is that,

Earlier there was upper age limit of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. Hi aspirant,
As the name suggest CBSE organised the improvement examination in order to give candidates a option to write the examination physically in case they were not satisfied with the the scores allotted to them based upon internal assessment, and clarified that the better of two marks would be considered for the final result. Now in case a candidate scores lower than what he or she was allotted through internal assessment the previous result would be retained. This can be easily confirmed by downloading the marksheet from digilocker application which contains all the documents in updated form.
Hope it helps!!
Hello aspirant,
As of now the upper age limit to attempt the NEET UG exam, which was earlier 25 years for the unreserved category and 30 years for SC/ST/OBC has been removed until the Supreme court takes an action regarding it. Also, many candidates drop 2-3 years to grab a seat in government medical/dental colleges. You must not worry and give your best shot at NEET 2022!
If you want to know more about the other eligibility criteria regarding the exam, you can see this article- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria
Hi reader ,
currently the matter related to age limit in neet 2022 is subjudice in the court.
the next hearing is expected to be in the month of March.
the age limit if applied would not affect the students appearing in 2022 for neet in my opinion as the forms will be released shortly by the national testing agency.
i hope this helps
for knowing more about neet you ccan refer
