Hello,

Hey!
There is no special procedure for it. But, remember that you are writing a letter to the highest office of judiciary. Kindly, ensure that your words are not hurting or violating any rules. Deliver a humble and polite letter that tells about the real issue or the real life situation in India.
If you're not sure about your handwriting, you can use a computer and printer. The font should be Times New Roman and in 16+ size. Use government postal service instead of private courier. It avoids the need of someone to sign and receive the courier.
Address in the letter:
The Registrar,
Supreme Court of India,
Tilak Marg, Mandi House,
New Delhi-110 201 (India)
Thank you.

On 14th August he was punished as he was found guilty for posting two of his disrespectful tweets which eventually criticized the functioning of the Indian judiciary in an unfair manner. This was a case of criminal contempt.
