if i open a 200 bedded superspeciality hospital with all basic facilities and deluxe rooms and do surgeries charging 5-10 lakhs for a surgery and do 3 surgeries a day can i earn 10 crores per year

ERA MADARIA 17th Jan, 2022
Hi

You individually cannot earn 10 crores in an year but the whole hospital can earn around 54 crores but that will be spend in giving salaries and mantaining the hospitals and performing surgeries. And it is not certain that the hospital will succeed in first year of its opening.

So idea is nice but you have to be patient to attain the required result.

i read in an article that there was a assistant surgeon in usa whose name was Harrison .T. Mu, who was a neurosurgeon. he charged 117000 dollars or approximatiely 87 lakh rupees for a surgery. why did he charge so much? is it legal

ERA MADARIA 17th Jan, 2022
Hi Student

Yes student it is legal to charge this much for a brain surgery. A brain surgery can cost upto $50000-$100000, the patient doesnt have a health insurance. The cost of the surgery depends on the complications in the braim surgery.

The cost you mentioned must be of a patient undergoing brain surgery with major complications  and he might not be having health insurance to cover the expense.

Hello,

Neurosurgeons are medical specialists treat conditions of the nervous system, which includes the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves of the face, arms, legs, hands and feet.

-----  Neurosurgeons are the most highly trained of doctors, studying for a minimum of 15 years before they're permitted to perform unsupervised operations on patients.

---- They are among the highest-paid surgeons due to the complex nature of the work.

Average annual income of neurosurgeons in India is estimated at around 50 Lakhs.

----- Also from your profile it is evident that you are Class XI aspirant of medicine. It is quite remarkable to be inquisitive about things but queries that you post on the daily basis don't seem to be any way relatable to you.

--- Stop spamming the platform with your illogical and not so worthy imaginary and hypothetical Questions.

I hope you find the answer helpful.

Thank you.

suppose i am a neurosurgeon in india who is highly renowned and does lots of surgeries and charges no less than 10 lakh for a surgery and i also own a 200 bed multi speciality hospital and a general hospital with 100 beds. can i earn 10 crore per month via this way.

Hey Aspirant!

Neurosurgeons are medical doctors that diagnose and treat conditions related to the brain, spine, and other parts of your nervous system. Neurosurgeon conducts surgery to treat medical problems, neurologists treat specific conditions with medications and other procedures.

So if you were one of the renowned surgeon who charges Rs.10 lakhs per surgery and you do minimum one surgery on a day ,Then you earn minimum 3 Crore monthly from from just surgeries.

A Multi-specialty Hospital is one that has facilities for all ailments and diseases with an expert team of doctors and specialists. The patients are so immensely taken care of with air-conditioned rooms and canteens inside and personalized care. 200-Bed Multi-specialty Hospital can generate up to 5-6 Crore a month.

And General hospitals may be academic health facilities or community-based entities. They are general in the sense that they admit all types of medical and surgical cases, and they concentrate on patients with acute illnesses needing relatively short-term care. 100-Bed General hospitals can generate up to  2-3 Crore a month.

And both your owned hospitals can easily generates you a lump sum of 7-8 Crore per months.

Yes, your idea is excellent to earn 10 Crore monthly and It can be more than 10 Crore with your efforts and further investment.

Thank You
