Not specifically by college, but you can get an education loan easily by presenting the fee receipt to any bank. Loan will be approved easily as per the standard rates.

Well, there are not so good chances to get it via counselling but I would recommend for the direct entry as for that just approach the college management and they would guide you through the rest of the process.

It depends , whether you want a govt college or a private one . In govt colleges I suggest you should opt for RTU kota over MBM jodhpur because RTU has timely mid terms and semester exams whereas MBM lacks in this . Other option might be CTAE udaipur or govt college ajmer . In private colleges Arya , JECRC and SKIT jaipur are good colleges.

I would like to share that in govt college you should not expect good teachers who do their jobs sincerely , you are on your own and results are often delayed . Placements are weak but it all depends on your knowledge and skills . Private colleges are better in terms of studies and placements but are expensive .so if you don't mind paying some extra money I suggest you should opt for private ones , atleast you will learn something .

If you are a OBC student then you can apply scholarship in National portal.

your rank is hogh , there are less chance of getting seat in skit for cs branch, kindly wait if the cut of gets down for obc , may be in next or next to next cut off gets down for obc and you may get seat over their for your reqired branch that is cs. i hope this information helps you . all the best have a great future ahead.
