Hi, the choice is completely yours. What you need to consider while choosing a specific field is the return on investments that you will get once you complete your degree. The exams to join B.Tech. are equally difficult and the competition there is fairly high. If you are talking about the eligibility criteria then yes you are eligible and you can give entrance exams for B.Tech. B.Sc. is more of theory and less of practical work. B.Tech will make you industry ready literally. It is very practical based. If that is something you enjoy than taking a break for a year would be the best thing you could do. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.

Good Luck@!!
Nope! You can't opt for two scholarship of central or state government at the same time. You can only be a beneficiary of one scholarship. If you do so then you can be penalize and may be blacklisted from the scholarship scheme for the further years. So if you are eligible for the SVMCM opt only for it because it has better regulatory amount and the scholarship is quite regular in this scheme.
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

Dear Student,
You you have got the Fee Waiver seat then the scholarship availability is not for you. It is for those who pays the full Fe to the college, as you fee is already submitted by the government to the college then there is 0% chance that you will get scholarship in any of the college.
Hope this will help you, best of luck!!!
