i want to unenroll course from swayam app

Download the app and register in it. There isn't any problem. Now there may be a part namingly NPTEL Chapter which is dependent if your college is registered or not under SWAYAM.

You can also give MOOC exams for which you will recieve a certificate from Ministry of Human Resource

Can a first year student enroll for NPTEL , Swayam online Lectures ? and can they appear for exams ?

Yes, NPTEL course is open to everyone. So you can register for Swayam or NPTEL even if you are in first year of course. NPTEL courses are free to register and the subjects are taught by renowned professors of seven IITs and IISc. Courses are done on week basis- 8
