Most of the reputed institutions, do not prefer NIOS students for their regular courses. You should have passed 12th class in regular from a recognized board to apply for admission to these institutions. But you have the option to apply under the distance learning.

The both colleges are good.... They both have their good environment.... But by seeing the reviews I suggest you that symbiosis is better because it provides good environment and have a good facilities.... But overall both colleges are good... You can choose any of them....

Among the colleges you mentioned , cummins college is the best . Because it have high placement ratio and instead of MIT WPU and others , these are private colleges . You must surely seek for Cummins college without any doubt .
