Well, the concept of leverages is mostly available up to graduation. in most of the postgraduate colleges everybody is treated the same.
So to answer; no leverage will be given in SNAPscores; you need to score as good as thencollege cut offs and qualify like any other student
Admission will be on basis of class10th and 11th scores if you change college and if the colleges allw to do so.
Transfer certificate and exit formalities shall beneeded to be given to college incase you like to switch to another college.
