As per my opinion the question has two answers so the candidates will confuse between them. The NEET should declare it as bonus question and award marks to all, who attended it or not attempted it, everyone should be given marks.

Yes if you have not cleared the exam this time then you can give the exam second time and there is no such criteria. There is even no limit on the attempts so you can have your drop and you can agin try for the test.

Dear aspirant, your choice of jipmer college would require you to gain a minimum percentile of 40. However do your planning in such a way that u score good and have your percentile in the range from 90 to 99 to assure and guarantee your admission in the college.
