The official institute-wise cutoffs will be announced by the fourth week of May, 2019. You can get a confirmation once it is released.

Hi there. As you have not clear the cutoff so their is unlikely less chances that you get a call for PI -WAT round. The minimum score for pi round was 100.

You dont really get into prestiguous NITs.

For a good branch and good NIT, 24k is not enough.

You can get a NIT but the branches you would get there would be Biotechnology etc. which are not considered good.
