Yes the 10 % quota for economically backward students from general category will be implemented from 1 Feb 2019.
Those students whose family income is less than 8 lacks and posses less than 5 acers of agriculture land are eligible

Considering you are from general category, your rank will lie somewhere in between 194,443-224,443. Considering this rank and considering the fact that you want to opt for computer science stream, I guess iit will be difficult to grab a seat but you can still give it a shot.

The expected cutoff for general candidate is about 85 percentage.For pwd there will be some reduction but it will be around 60 percent.Note that these are only just predictions based on previous year trends.Let us wait for the cut off to be out.
