The minimum eligibility is that the candidate should have minimum of 50 percent of marks in their 10 +12 or 10+3 diploma in any discipline. Since the rank you scored is very high, it is not possible to get any of the branch as per the data we have. Mostly the cutoff's for every group was observed at a rank below 10,000.

Also you are from open category, if you have ews and Farmers quota then there may be a chance.

The Symbiosis University is located in Pune and is a private institution which provides several courses such as Undergraduate courses, Post Graduate courses, Mass and Communication, and several other courses too.

You have not mentioned your category so it is difficult to say. I assume you are from general category. The previous year  that is 2019 cutoff for Symbiosis Pune was 81 percent for general category. It is calculated by taking the aggregate of all the subjects. So it is best if your percentage is from 94-84. For B.com (//B.com) hons in second year you have to score minimum of 65% in your first year.
