According to me the chances are moderate to low of getting a seat in SLS with this waiting list. It all depends on the number of seats remaining. Do try for other colleges too to keep a safe option .

If you want to choose one college between them, so the major cause that is distance should be seen first i.e if you want delhi then remain in IP university and if you can study in long distance then prefer SYMBIOSIS. On study basis you can choose both

If it is from 1st list then you have very good chances of getting symbiosis. It all depends how many people don't turn for admission in 1st merit list. So hope for the best. I hope this information helps you.
