The cutoff depends on the highest scores obtained by applicant, no of applications and difficulty of exam. However, anything above 70 will give you good chance to convert SLS, Hyderabad.
From this year SET for law has been renamed to SLAT.

Hello Piyush, 119 is a really great score and you can easily get even CS in Symbiosis Pune. Still I'd suggest you to fill choices starting from COEP, VJTI etc as cutoffs may vary every year.

No, Symbiosis college doesn't provide integrated course for B.Tech and MBA. These both are under different departments.
