Check out the official site for cutoff of particular branch. But, I'm sure that 110marks is not enough for CSE in Symbiosis. You can get some other branch like IT, EEE etc.

Nope you don't. You need to score the minimum marks in order to be eligible for admission. Any score less than the cut-off is not considered at all.
