Both the option are good for law but i will suggest you for UPES due to its education quality and its placements. It provide both basic and specialised law courses. So BA LLB in energy laws has wide scope in future.
In 3rd round counselling you can have the chances for SLS Pune with the score.
You have less chances if you belong from general category.
