65 is a very good score and you can fetch like 97-98 percentile which is good enough to get a call from SCMHRD.

As per the trends, the cut-off for SIOM ranges around 80-85 percentile. As the marks to percentile relationship changes every year depending on various factors, it is difficult to predict. 

There is a good chance for you to get a call from SIOM as per your expected marks.

SNAP application form does not offer any additional perks to OBC. The applciation fee and process is uniform and common across all categories. The SNAP application fee is Rs. 1750 per application.
