You need around 47+ percentile in sitm while on the other side you need around 42+ percentile in ssbf.
This is an estimation and one thing you need to understand that snap cutoff is based on few things.

SNAP & XAT have GK sections. But does the gk section actually count in the overall percentile?

In SNAP the GK questions forms a part of the main question paper. It have equal weightage as other sections and hence is counted while calculation of the total score and percentile.
